This Tasmanian Pinot Noir is fast gaining a reputation as one of our cool-climate region's best. It's smooth, silky and fine, with earthy characters balanced by cherry, strawberry and mint flavours and velvety tannins on the finish.

Dark fruit flavours of cassis, black cherry and blackberry with notes of green peppercorn, spice, tobacco, chocolate and vanilla.

Our past vintage sold out in record time after receiveing 99 Points in the 2021 Halliday Wine Companion and this is another vintage with that same rich Bay of Fires pedigree. Characters of dark plum and cherry blossom, complemented by use of regionality and French Oak use. Drinking with vibrance and rich fruit aromatics now, but will easily cellar until 2030. 

One of the most challenging varieties to produce, Eddystone Point's Pinot Noir is crafted into a wine that displays all the hallmark characteristics with intense aromas of strawberries, plum blossom and red currant fruit with a rounded palate of earthy characters and subtle spice.

This is the 9th vintage release of Eddystone Point Pinot Gris, presenting a lively palate of melon and sweet Bosc pear. Pale straw in appearance, this wine has lifted spiced nashi pair and the slightest hint of rosewater. 

Rich and vibrant aromas of white peach and fresh lime with a classin Bay of Fires flinty minerality. Rounded with a juicy but refined palate structured around with white stonefruit and lemon curd, balanced by a backbone of mineral acidity with malolactic softness.

Expect all the aromatic and floral purity typical in cool-climate expressions of this variety. Fragrant aromas of fresh lime and musk, followed by a juicy, vibrant palate with kaffir lime and crisp mineral acidity.

This 2017 Pinot Noir has won both the James Halliday Pinot Trophy at the Melbourne Wine Awards, and was one of those that helped win the "Best Pinot of Provenance" Trophy at the 2018 Royal Hobart Wine Show, and most recently the Trophy for Best Pinot Noir, and Reserve Champion Wine of Show at the Tasmanian Wine Show.

This is classic Tasmanian Chardonnay at its best. Toasty oak, with a hint of spice, white peach and fresh limes are underscored by flinty minerality. The zippy mouthfeel is rounded with malolactic softness and structured with a sprinkling of charry french oak. 

Classic Tasmanian Riesling characteristics of fresh lime and lemon, The juicy, vibrant palate shows luscious citrus and crisp mineral acidity for drinkability when young but also rewards with time in the cellar.
