This is the perfect wine for those drinkers looking for an alternative to Chardonnay. The flavours are explosive, showing concentrated apricot and quince fruits with a textured and luscious finish.

This is classic Tasmanian Chardonnay at its best. Aromas of spice, white peach and lemon curd are underscored by flinty minerality. A juicy but refined palate is supported by a backbone of natural acidity and stonefruit, grapefruit and lemongrass flavours. 

This Tasmanian Pinot Noir is fast gaining a reputation as one of our cool-climate region's best. It's smooth, silky and fine, with earthy characters balanced by cherry, strawberry and mint flavours and velvety tannins on the finish.

Rounded with a juicy but refined palate structured around a backbone of mineral acidity, with malolactic softness and structured with a sprinkling of charry french oak.
