Bay of Fires Pinot Noir 2015

Brilliant deep purple with a bouquet of cinnamon, plum blossom and star anise. Sweet ripe red berry fruits feature with hints of Chinese spice from MV6 clone and some whole bunch inclusion. Elegant and supple on the palate, this wine combines sweet wild strawberry fruit flavours with soft tannins and a very subtle hint of oak. The generous mouthfeel is complimented, not dominated by spice.
