Expect all the aromatic and floral purity typical in cool-climate expressions of this variety. Fragrant aromas of fresh lime and musk, followed by a juicy, vibrant palate with kaffir lime and crisp mineral acidity.

Aromas of struck match, lemon myrtle and white nectarine. A textural palate with flavours of white peach and macadamia. This wine has a lovely mid palate texture and persistence of flavour.

A complex, elegant and creamy vintage Croser with a nose redolent of honey and cashew and an alluring citrus lift. The palate shows wild strawberry Pinot characters alongside a more buttery nectarine Chardonnay before a soft yeasty finish buoyed by green apple acidity.

This is the 10th vintage release of Eddystone Point Pinot Gris, presenting a lively palate of melon and sweet Bosc pear. Pale straw in appearance, this wine has lifted spiced nashi pair and the slightest hint of rosewater. 

Our classic Bay of Fires Sauv Blanc is always eagerly enjoyed over the summer. The bouquet of this cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc displays fragrant aromas of herbal notes and delicate hints of flint. A great food wine, that continues to be adored by our customers for several years.
