Bay of Fires Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Tasmania's cool climate has produced a wonderfully aromatic Sauvignon Blanc of complexity and texture that lends itself perfectly to being enjoyed with food.
The aroma showcases fragrant hints of herbal notes of freshley shelled peas and that classic Tasmanian flinty "wet stone" aroma. The palate is finely textured with classic Sauvignon Blanc characters of guava and other exotic fruits.
